Pan tumaca (Pa amb tomaquet)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
- 4 tomatoes (on the vine are more tasteful)
- 1 garlic
- salt to taste
- french baguette
- Blend the tomatoes, olive oil garlic and salt.
- Taste and add more garlic or salt to taste.
Serving tips
- Cut the bread and serve directly on top
- Could also place the tumaca in a bowl and let people add to bread
- Can serve with ham (procciuto, York, italian sausage...) and cheeses
- Great with sandwiches
My Favorite- Fresh Sausage + tumaca sandwich served with fresh orange juice / Bocadillo de chorizo frito con tomate y zumo de naranja
