The original Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes (on the vine are more tasteful)
- 1 white onion
- 1 cup of cilantro
- 1/2 serrano pepper
- salt
The process
- Blend the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper and salt
Serving tips
- Serve with chips
- Also good with quesadillas or huevos rotos
